Our Triumph team has provided successful vocational rehabilitation services to persons with disabilities in British Columbia since 2002.

At Triumph, clients work one-on-one with a Vocational Coach to identify their goals and develop an individualized plan to achieve them. Our broad range of services includes:

Partnering for Positive Results
In partnership with the British Columbia Ministry of Employment and Income Assistance and Back in Motion Rehab Inc., we deliver Triumph in 19 communities and receive referrals from more than 60 community agencies in British Columbia.
Performance Record
- Triumph has supported clients to secure over 2,600 paid, volunteer and work experience placements
- the average wage is $10.55 an hour – 32% more than minimum wage
- Triumph has delivered over 18,000 workshops to enhance life and employability skills
- every employer surveyed stated that they were satisfied with the services that Triumph provided and would recommend the program to another business owner

Promoting an inclusive workplace and developing employer acceptance are integral to Triumph’s equation for success. Our teams work closely with community stakeholders and employers to create mutually beneficial employment matches. We also assist with staff acceptance training, workplace accommodations and natural supports when necessary.
