Brenda Gallant joined WCG in 2001 as a marketer for the JobWave program – a role that involved developing job leads for clients and building a strong relationship with the business community. Less than a year later, Brenda became the team leader for marketing and monitoring and was later promoted to manager of TheJobStores.com – WCG’s online human resources solution for job seekers and employers.
By 2006, Brenda had progressed through increasingly responsible roles to her current position, Director of the Customer Solutions Team. She now oversees all daily operations for program marketing, monitoring, help desks, TheJobStores.com and WCG Survey teams.
Brenda has transformed her department from a call centre to a “Solutions Centre” and is proud of the exceptional customer service her team delivers. She and her team members strive to exceed expectations and provide winning solutions to customers and clients.
