Elizabeth Ferguson's energy, enthusiasm and commitment to customer excellence make her an integral part of WCG's Small Business Solutions and Customer Loyalty Teams. Elizabeth joined WCG International HR Solutions in 1995, and works with WCG clients, including business owners and managers, to help them identify hiring and training needs.
Elizabeth's excellent record of success is based on her experience with the Bank of Montreal, American Express, Better Business Bureau and Kelly Services.
Caring for Community
Elizabeth is actively involved in numerous community and charitable events for WCG. She has worked with many charities including Mother's March, UNICEF and the Canadian Cancer Society.
Elizabeth is a Vice President and Director on the board of WCG to which she provides strategic input. She and her husband Ian are majority shareholders.
