Jocelin Caldwell has been with WCG since 2001 and is currently the Regional Director for Triumph Vocational Services on the lower mainland.

Jocelin has been a human resources facilitator for local and international organizations, and brings a fifteen-year history in leadership development to her position. In her current role, Jocelin is responsible for ensuring successful rehabilitation outcomes for clients with disabilities. She oversees operations and service delivery for six centres and a staff of eighteen team members.

Jocelin’s academic background includes a degree in from the University of Victoria and a Registered Rehabilitation Professional designation.
