Prior to coming to WCG in 2001, Judi Huta (CCW, RTC) coordinated and facilitated a variety of outreach services for a broad demographic, including at-risk youth, immigrants and children in foster care. She was also the Executive Director for Catalyst House, a program for young homeless women. She is now responsible for overseeing service delivery from Burnaby to Hope, including three Jobwave Centres and six program sites operated by agency partners.

Her current role involves working directly with all stakeholders to ensure that quality service is offered to participants as they move towards and secure employment.
 
Being a “catalyst for positive change” is the best way to describe what Judi has done throughout her 30-year career as a childcare worker, team leader, coach and counsellor.

Whether she is working directly with clients, her team, or volunteering in community organizations, Judi’s passion is facilitating growth and development.
