Risë Bulmer

Risë Bulmer has over 10 years experience working with clients looking to re-enter the workforce through federal or provincial job placement programs. Her education and background in customer service, sales and marketing, in addition to a diverse professional history, gives her an understanding of both client and employer perspectives.

Risë joined WCG in 2000 as a Neighbourhood Coordinator for JobWave and was responsible for overseeing four community partners delivering the program on behalf of WCG. Risë progressed to her current role in 2003. In this position, she is responsible for the successful delivery of JobWave in such diverse communities as Vancouver, Richmond, North & West Vancouver, Squamish, and the Sunshine Coast.

Prior to coming to WCG, Risë was instrumental in developing and delivering the “Self Employment for Equity Group Entrepreneurs” and the “North Vancouver Self Employment Program” for North Shore Continuing Education.
