Rob Guthrie
Vice President, Business Development

Rob Guthrie, BBA (Hon), joined the WCG team in 2000 as a research analyst and progressed to research and sales support for the business development team. In that role, he managed RFP responses and program model development, and was instrumental in designing and implementing Triumph Vocational Services - WCG’s workforce solution for persons with disabilities.

In April 2006, Rob was appointed Vice President of Business Development for WCG. He is currently responsible for coordinating business development and strategic formulations as they relate to the business plan, and is involved in international sales and negotiations for the company.

Rob brings to this position a strong knowledge of the industry, business model development, business planning and strategy formulation, and expertise in contract management and negotiation.

Prior to coming to WCG, Rob developed his business proficiency as an accountant at BDO Dunwoody LLP in Woodstock, Ontario, and as a financial analyst for Cineplex Odeon in Toronto.
