Triumph Vocational Services
Val Beaman, B.A., RRP, is responsible for ensuring the best in overall delivery of services to all Triumph communities throughout British Columbia.
She brings over 8 years of vocational rehabilitation experience to her present position. After graduating from the University of British Columbia, Val began her career assisting persons with developmental disabilities to secure meaningful community placements. Val joined WCG in 2002, first as a Vocational Coach providing direct support to clients, gradually progressing to her current role as Director of Services.
Val has been instrumental in implementing program services since 2002, supporting field staff and managers in ensuring 'better than best' services for Triumph clients. She brings a strong commitment to community-based services, community partnerships and ensuring the best in vocational rehabilitation services.
